Rafal Karcz Painting This study forms of everyday life. Cartoons, hasty snapshot straight from the street art, stills from smoky café-bar, saturated color mix of pop culture in his works in different proportions. Karcz uses the medium of painting frivolously and with a high degree of freedom. His compositions reflect the states - intoxication, joy, melancholy, are open and follow the mood of the moment. Karcz portrays modern young angry, ethereal, decadent nymph, the atmosphere of intoxication, rozedrgania, smoldering rebellion in their hearts but impossible to meet. His paintings glow with youthful insecurity, longing, failing, are vague as the emerging personality. But it does not work Karcz cheap sentimentality and the desperate pursuit of youth ideas. It is rather an attempt to capture contemporary reality in its various manifestations, suspended between the existential void and the splendor of stimuli, the isolation unit and the ecstasy of the crowd, and the grayness of a million colors under cover of night.
Karcz creates tension between figuration and abstraction. Schematic, drawing characters wylewającym absorb color outside the outline of blurring the boundaries between the real figure of a phantasm, a distant memory of a man. Karcz not studied carefully, rather fishes out individual elements of reality and hurriedly joins them, as if trying to find the right creative equivalent to the glut and the pace of contemporary culture. Rebellious passwords, calling tone sounds again with a touch of irony, creating sorrowful sigh, they are more transient than the ice, which it has issued.
